NEW BASKETS JUST IN!

Here is a collection of baskets from Uganda which Mama Afrika finds simply adorable! They are all millet baskets woven by the disabled and women's group, KADIPA (Kalambi Disabled Persons Association) of Uganda. It is a cooperative of women who are living with disabilities. They use the income to help them provide for themselves and their families.

You'll find that they make smaller versions of traditional grain baskets, plant pots and other baskets which are sure to catch the eye.

Have fun browsing the stand. Each basket is an original piece, so don't take too long deciding. These smaller baskets really go fast!!

Basketry Stand

Use one of these baskets to build your own gift basket. We've got GREAT fillers!
